VisualZen also provides technology services to colleges and universities. When personal information is processed through the VZO platform on behalf of a client institution, the institution generally determines what information is collected and how it is used within its programs and processes.

Information Processed for Client Institutions
VisualZen provides technology used by colleges and universities to support orientation and onboarding.
In providing these services, VisualZen may process personal information on behalf of a client institution. The types of information processed depend on the institution’s configuration, programs, processes, and use of the platform.
The client institution is generally responsible for determining the purposes for which that information is collected and used. VisualZen processes that information in connection with providing services to the institution and in accordance with applicable contractual obligations.

Children’s Privacy
VisualZen’s corporate website is not directed to children under 13.
Where VisualZen processes information about participants on behalf of a client institution, that processing is performed in connection with services provided to the institution and subject to the applicable institutional relationship and contractual requirements.
